One of my friends recently graduated with major in Information System from one of the locally recognized university and was looking for job. He came to me for suggestion that will help him get the job. I was looking on the job portal (monster, career builders, theLadders.com etc.) looking for the prospect of entry level IT job and found it was too tough for him to get into the job market with the university degree alone. I asked him to get enrolled into the training that he is interested and get industry certification. Giving him the hope of doing good always pay back and motivate him to put honest effort for something rather having dream but not doing anything to achieve that. Any thought about how to get the entry level job back for fresh graduate?
